Chatbot / Agent publication request

Publish your chatbot or Copilot agent to Teams, SharePoint, or external channels

What is chatbot publication?

When you build a chatbot (e.g., in Copilot Studio), it initially works only in your development workspace. To make it available to your colleagues in Teams or on a SharePoint page, it needs to be 'published' — meaning it goes through a security review and is deployed to the chosen channels. This request triggers that process.
