Chatbot / Agent publication request
Publish your chatbot or Copilot agent to Teams, SharePoint, or external channels
What is chatbot publication?
When you build a chatbot (e.g., in Copilot Studio), it initially works only in your development workspace. To make it available to your colleagues in Teams or on a SharePoint page, it needs to be 'published' — meaning it goes through a security review and is deployed to the chosen channels. This request triggers that process.
Your identity is automatically detected. Please select your manager, IT Manager, and the person responsible for maintaining the bot.
