Automation Department — IT4IT Hub

Your central portal for automation excellence across all platforms

100% automated — No manual data entry. All data fed from connected systems.

What is this space?

The Automation Hub is the central IT4IT portal for the Legrand Automation department. It provides a unified interface for discovering existing automations, accessing standards and training, submitting requests for environments, licences, and new automations, and monitoring governance compliance across all platforms.

Our Mission

The Automation department acts as a facilitator within the IT organization. We qualify automation needs, orient teams toward the right tools, and propose trusted partners for implementation.

We are facilitators — not a Full Services provider

DEV vs PROD — Where to go?

This portal handles DEV-related requests only. For production operations, use ServiceNow.
