When should I use this form?
Use this form when you need to access an existing DEV workspace to build or test automations. If you need a brand new workspace, use 'New workspace creation' instead. For PROD/UAT access, requests go through ServiceNow.

Your IT Manager and manager validate your request locally. The Automation team (CoE) only intervenes for licence or security topics. This ensures faster processing.
Your identity is automatically detected via your Microsoft 365 account (SSO). Please select your manager and your local IT Manager below.
